I think it might be the new medication and the slower pace that my brain is finally getting to work at again, but I have become pretty forgetful. If I don't write something down, there is no chance it will happen. Even things like cut the grass in the garden, I will just forget I meant to do it until it's too late in the day. Not good for productivity.
You know that thing when you go into a room and wonder why you're there? Well it's like that but with fleeting thoughts. I think of something and then it's gone, I try grasping for the thought...but I cannot quite catch it. It's almost like a dream you cannot quite remember.
I'm even struggling with some words, using the wrong one or not being quite sure what word I mean. I'm sure it will all settle down as I get further into tolerance of the meds, I've only been on them two weeks so far. And not having a racing brain 24/7 is a big adjustment, a very welcome one though.
- Let me know if you ever face this?
- Or what tips do you have to help you remember things?
I'll try to remember I've posted this ;-)
